401 Games Feb 5th 2013
pauljathome on February 3, 2013 in 401 Games, PFS Sessions, Regular Sessions, TorontoMy apologies for this post being so late. I was up in Ottawa at Game Summit and trying to do a post from my tablet wasn’t very convenient.

We’re planning on at least 2 tables this week. If the scenario that you wish to play is full or if neither scenario is appropriate please contact me directly or sign up for the overflow scenario (preferably with a comment as to why). Every effort will be made to accomodate everybody on Tuesday even if it means changing the scenarios offered. With that in mind, I’m again going to schedule 2 specific scenarios and leave a place holder for a possible third scenario.
We are still getting more people showing up than are signing up. So please don’t let lack of sign ups discourage you from showing up. If you show up we’ll try as hard as possible to get you into a game. That said, I would like to strongly encourage people to sign up in advance. It allows us to do a lot better planning.
Scheduled games and signup links are after the break!

At table 1 Paul will be running Tide of Twilight for characters of L1-2.
In researching a recently recovered druidic lorestone, the Pathfinder Society learns of a powerful artifact with the power to turn men into bestial abominations. Amid claims of increased werewolf activity in the region, the PCs travel into the heart of the Verduran Forest to retrieve the valuable relic from a cabal of evil druids believed to currently hold it.

At table 2 Eric will be running Edge of Heaven (Quest for Perfection Part 1) which will be run for characters of L4-5
Note : Despite the fact that this is part 1 of 3 linked scenarios there is no commitment to playing all 3 scenarios.
In the distant land of Tian Xia, the Pathfinder Society’s Lantern Lodge sends a team of agents high into the mountains of the Wall of Heaven to an abandoned Iroran monastery in search of a powerful relic to assist them in ensure victory in the upcoming Ruby Phoenix Tournament. Though the monastery has long laid unused by the faithful of the Master of Masters, it is not completely devoid of danger, and the PCs soon discover that merely retrieving the ancient artifact is but the beginning of a much larger quest.
The Edge of Heaven is the first scenario in the three-part The Quest for Perfection campaign arc. It is followed by Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-11: The Quest for Perfection—Part II: On Hostile Waters and Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-13: The Quest for Perfection—Part III: Defenders of Nesting Swallow. All three chapters are intended to be played in order.

We will run a third table if required. Please sign up here if the scenario you wish to play is full or if you have already played both of the offered scenarios. Although demand will determine what we play this will very likely be a L1-2 scenario.

Paul ran Quest for Perfection 1 at 401 for me and some other people less than 3 months ago. I’d like to use my level 5 character, but I don’t really want to replay that scenario…
Have you played Tide of Twilight? If not, I would recommend giving it a try.
I haven’t, and I look forward to it – I only made my comment because I suspect that there won’t be enough 4-5′s for tomorrow.
But then again, you always have the option of just running this at 1-2 and grabbing a player from Twilight.
